Privacy Policy
Gibsonton Pressure Washing is operated by KKAL Enterprises LLC. It is a lead-generation and matching service and does not perform exterior cleaning work.
What is collected
When you request a quote: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the property address or area, and what you have told us about the work you want done.
When you call: a recording of the call and a written transcript of it. You are told at the start of the call, before recording begins.
When you use the site: basic server and analytics data — pages requested, approximate region, referring site, browser type. This is not used to identify you personally and this site runs no advertising trackers.
Why it is collected
To return your enquiry, and to pass enough detail to a contractor that they can quote accurately without making you repeat yourself.
Call recordings and transcripts are used to check that enquiries were handled correctly and to improve the questions the assistant asks. They are not used for advertising.
Who it is shared with
The independent contractor your enquiry is passed to. They need your contact details and property information in order to quote and schedule.
Service providers who operate the site and the phone system on our behalf — hosting, telephony, call transcription — under agreements limiting them to that purpose.
Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, such as in response to a subpoena or a lawful government request.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Text messages
If you call and we miss you, you may receive a text back. If you book work, you may receive confirmations or reminders. These are responses to contact you initiated, not marketing.
You will not receive promotional or marketing texts unless you have given written consent for that specific number, separately and in advance.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
How long it is kept
Enquiry details are kept for up to two years so we can answer questions about a job that was arranged through the site.
Call recordings and transcripts are kept for up to twelve months.
Anything we are required to keep longer for legal or tax reasons is kept only as long as that requires.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact details on this site and say what you want done.
Deletion requests are actioned within thirty days. Note that if your enquiry has already been passed to a contractor, they hold their own copy under their own privacy practices, and you will need to contact them separately.
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
